The Regional Employment Center (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive advice for job seekers, employers, and other authorities. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with the measures of unemployment insurance. Quick and lasting job placement is the priority.

We are looking for a

Recruiter RAV Rapperswil-Jona (m/f/d)

starting October 1 or by agreement

Workload: 80-100%

Work location: Rapperswil-Jona

What to expect

• Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
• Conducting and documenting advisory discussions
• Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Collaboration with internal departments (logistics labor market measures, legal services, employer services, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuses
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with the activities

What distinguishes you

• Commercial basic training or vocational training with commercial further education
• Federal certificate as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to undertake this further education
• Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close ties to social insurance
• Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with various interlocutors from different social and cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility and willingness to work at the RAV locations in Sargans and Wattwil
