Your tasks
- You independently handle all accounts payable processes (invoice processing, payments, dunning) with a special focus on the financial processing of rental contracts (payments and bookings)
- You maintain the accounts payable master data and take care of the account assignment and approval tables in the accounts payable workflow
- You take responsibility for processing credit card payments, post direct debit collections and unmatched incoming payments, and handle the control and processing of installment agreements including debt collection
- You actively participate in monthly closings, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and take responsibility for supervising our trainees in the finance department
What you bring with you
- A completed commercial basic education with further training in finance or accounting (e.g., accounting clerk) forms the foundation of your qualification
- You have several years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting and are confident in using MS Office and SAP S/4HANA (FI module) - experience with RE-FX and workflows is an advantage
- You demonstrate flexibility in handling different tasks and systems, gladly take on responsibility, work independently, and enjoy training apprentices
- Good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile - French skills are an advantage
