About the job
Our Swiss tech company, KEMARO AG, launched the world’s first autonomous dry-cleaning robot for industrial use - the K900 - in 2018. In November 2019, we hired our first employee, and today nearly 60 employees work at our headquarters in Eschlikon, TG.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an:
Event Manager 80-100%
In our international team, we make sure that our autonomous cleaning robot stands out not only technically but also in terms of communication. For different markets and target groups, we develop fresh marketing and event concepts – and that’s where you come in. With a product that fills a real market gap, you have the opportunity to actively shape our presence as a pioneer in robotics.

Your tasks
Your primary focus will be in the area of Event Management:
- End-to-end organization and coordination of reknown national and international trade fairs (primarily in the USA and EU)
- Communication and liaison with trade fair organizers, including registration and coordination of all relevant details
- Logistics and travel planning for the entire trade fair team and materials, including scheduling and budget management
- On-site support and supervision of the exhibition booth, providing operational assistance to the team during events
- Organization of visits from international key customers and strategic partners
- Planning, organization, and execution of various corporate events, including:
- Employee events to strengthen team spirit
- Partner events, such as international dealer meetings
You will also have the opportunity to contribute in HR and Administration if you wish so, including:
- Managing the entire recruiting process in close collaboration with team leaders
- Creating and publishing engaging job postings on relevant job boards and social media channels
- Continuous improvement of recruiting processes
- Participation in HR projects
- Support with general HR tasks, such as administration, scheduling, document management, and communication with employees and external partners
Your profile
- Graduate in business administration or event management
- Initial experience in event planning, marketing, or project coordination
- Passion for planning and coordinating events in detail and ensuring smooth execution
- Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken) are essential
- A structured, independent work style combined with strong organizational skills
- Creativity and problem-solving ability, even under time pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Nice to have: Initial HR experience (recruiting, administration, people-related topics)
