Requirements for you:
- You have completed training in classic service
- You bring experience in upscale gastronomy and appreciate quality down to the last detail
- You understand gourmet cuisine and wine – perhaps you even have a WSET qualification or similar
- You have a great interest and affinity for this area
- You do not see yourself as a "plate carrier" but as a storyteller, host, and ambassador of enjoyment
- You are open, warm, and present – a person who creates atmosphere and delights guests
- You are extroverted, confident, and love to be in contact with guests.
- You love variety – from fine dining service to private banquets
- You speak fluent German and can also communicate in English and French
