Your Tasks

Development, optimization, and maintenance of cutting data for all FRAISA tools including documentation, archiving, and analysis of existing data in ToolExpert as well as benchmarking with market competitors.
Preparation, coordination, execution, and evaluation of machining tests including deriving relevant conclusions and supporting the planning of machine and personnel resources.
Provision of target cutting data for new tools based on specifications as well as planning, execution, and evaluation of validation of new products.
Further development and maintenance of the material database, analysis of new materials, and monitoring technological developments in the field of machining.
Planning and conducting workshops, technical presentations, and internal training sessions as well as active support in customer seminars.

Your Profile

Technical basic training (polymechanic level E or equivalent)
Engineering degree FH (mechanical engineering, systems engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent)
Experience in machining technology (milling, drilling, and threading)
Programming skills in Python or similar programs are an advantage
Knowledge in data analysis is an advantage, especially in data interpretation, recognizing correlations, and understanding relationships
Experience in project management is an advantage
CAD-CAM knowledge is an advantage
CNC knowledge is an advantage
Languages: German C2 and English B2
High flexibility
Good communication skills
Good analytical skills
