Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, as Deputy Site Manager 60 - 80%

Your tasks

• You take on personnel and professional leadership tasks in the absence of the site management
• You work closely with the site management, e.g. in the area of personnel management / development
• You are responsible for nursing documentation and are available as a knowledgeable contact person for internal and external matters.
• You take responsibility for the professional care and advice of our clients at home and their relatives
• You participate in the case management concept and are jointly responsible for the care process
• You maintain a supportive interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and with external partners

Your profile

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• You have professional and leadership experience or want to develop as a leader
• You approach challenges in a solution-oriented and innovative way
• You have good MS Office skills
• You need a driver's license and your own car with us
