Digitalization for the public prosecutor's office, courts, child and adult protection authority (KESB), and the correctional system is being advanced by our program team at the Obergericht. For around 20 organizational units, new IT systems will be procured, processes optimized, and users introduced to working with the new case management application and electronic file management over the next approximately four years.
In this context, analyzing the overall interrelationships of business processes, organizational structures, and identifying optimization potentials plays a central role. The implementation of the results is developed and configured in the case management application using low-code technology.
For the development and maintenance of the business processes of the individual judicial authorities as well as for project management, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement as
Your areas of responsibility
- Capturing, analyzing, and modeling business requirements (business processes)
- Documenting processes according to BPMN 2.0 in our BPM software Adonis
- Supporting the implementation of processes in the case management application by creating workflows, input masks, and document templates (low-code development)
- Participating in the design and execution of test scenarios and their follow-up
- Contributing to the training concept and its implementation (trainings, workshops, sessions)
- Leading projects within the Smart Justice program and ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, and quality requirements
- Creating technical documentation, concepts, studies, and decision bases in accordance with HERMES project management
Our requirements
- Completed education (FH/University/HF) in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or in the legal field with a strong affinity for IT
- Several years of professional experience in an interface position between the specialist department and IT
- Strong skills in analyzing complex interrelationships
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0
- Experience in project management
- Solid project management knowledge, preferably according to HERMES
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style in an interdisciplinary team
