We are looking for a professionally skilled and committed

Specialist in Everyday Life Design & Activation (LeA Qualification)

40-80% by agreement

Your tasks

• Independent planning, organization, and implementation of a varied activation program including events and internal excursions
• Creation of the weekly program as well as the annual event plan
• Further development of the offer in collaboration with the nursing and care management
• Co-responsibility in the training of apprentices in everyday life design & activation

Your profile

• Completed training as a Specialist in Everyday Life Design & Activation (LeA Qualification)
• Experience in the geriatric field, including expertise in dementia
• Enjoy supporting elderly people with offers, accompanying them, and thus contributing to the highest possible quality of life
• Independent and responsible personality as well as appreciative and empathetic interaction with the residents
• Strong organizational skills and good knowledge of MS Office
