Our goal is for more people with disabilities to find employment and training in the primary labor market. To achieve this goal, we created a successful apprenticeship exchange in 2016. Now we want to launch this offer in Western Switzerland.
For the development of the apprenticeship portal in the Romandy region, we are looking for a project manager for the Apprenticeship Exchange Western Switzerland 40-80% (m/f/d) by agreement.
Your field of work:
You work independently and with great enthusiasm for the success of the project to achieve as much impact as possible.
You network and communicate with all stakeholders.
You build new relationships with training companies, schools, and professional organizations.
You enjoy working in a diverse team and collaborating with partner organizations.
You develop our offerings further together with our motivated team.
Your profile:
You have completed vocational training and/or studies and have several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of labor integration, special education, career counseling, social insurance, or comparable fields.
You have project management experience and gladly take on marketing and communication tasks.
You have flawless French (written & spoken) and very good German and/or English skills.
You are familiar with digital solutions, have a flair for online communication, web technologies, and enjoy working with tools like Confluence, Google Workspace, HubSpot, etc.
You have a strong affinity for the topic of disabilities and chronic illnesses.
You are a team player, flexible, and solution-oriented person who shows initiative.
