Position Summary
At Jet Aviation, we bring elegance, precision, and safety together to deliver exceptional service in the world of business aviation. As Project Manager – Business Jets Maintenance Operations, you’ll be the central link between our customers and our teams, making sure every maintenance project runs smoothly — from planning to the final release of the aircraft back into service.
We currently have multiple openings for this role and are also open to considering junior profiles or recent graduates who bring the right mindset, enthusiasm, and motivation to grow into the position.
Your role
- Own your project from day one: Review the planned work scope and take full ownership through to completion.
- Be the customer’s main contact: Guide incoming meetings, discuss scope, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and manage execution: Create GANTT charts, manage resources, and monitor technical and financial progress.
- Handle change professionally: Identify defects or scope changes and raise Additional Work Requests (AWRs) with clear justification.
- Keep the project on track: Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, track critical parts, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Stay in control financially: Monitor hours and materials, issue regular status reports, and work closely with Finance and Billing for accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
- Support project delivery: Coordinate required documentation and support the release-to-service process.
- Resolve issues proactively: Handle customer concerns and escalate as needed to ensure smooth outcomes.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in aviation project management or a related technical role.
- Solid understanding of aircraft maintenance and aviation regulations.
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP, CMP, CAMP is a plus.
- Fluent English required; German or French is an advantage.
- Customer-focused, hands-on mentality and results-driven mindset.
