In this role, you design and are responsible for teaching in our various business administration study programs. You conduct practical and high-quality courses and continuously develop them based on evaluations. In doing so, you combine scientific findings with current issues from the business world and enable students to apply psychological concepts specifically in an economic context. With commitment, you further develop existing modules and support students in their projects and theses. Furthermore, you contribute to the positive external perception of our university of applied sciences.

Your profile
- Consecutive master's degree in psychology, business or communication psychology, or a comparable degree (PhD advantageous)
- Practical experience from business or a psychological-communicative professional field
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong conceptual skills
- Communicative and motivating personality with an interest in digital applications
- Didactic training or further education with teaching experience or willingness to complete it
