As Station Support Administration Management you will support SWISS outstations worldwide with production operations and provide daily administrative assistance to help them achieve their mission. This 50% position is limited until end of May 2026.
Starting date: September 22, 2025 or upon agreement

- Production & daily admin support for SWISS outstations worldwide

- Create guidelines/checklists for transfers
- Handle transfers, retirement & repatriation

- ATOSS entries, analysis & communication
- Edit/publish/deliver communications to outstations
- Provide efficient info flow with TMI head & departments
- Organise team building, meetings & events
- Join TMI meetings, take minutes & follow up

- Business Administration Diploma or equivalent education
- HR background
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Self-confident personality with intra-/intercultural competence
- Excellent communication skills
