About the job
Spitex Bantiger provides professional assistance, care, and support to its clients at home with around 65 employees. To complement our team, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist HF / FH / DNII with a focus on Psychiatry 40%-80% starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks- Care and counseling of psychiatric clients at home in the municipalities of Bolligen and Ittigen
- Conducting needs assessments
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with social services, doctors, and other institutions, as well as with internally involved employees
- Support and guidance for relatives
- Supporting and coaching delegated employees in the care of people with psychiatric illnesses
- Active participation in the open interdisciplinary team Ittigen
- Basic training in Psychiatric Nursing (PsyKP) or Health and Nursing Diploma Level II (DNII) Psychiatry
- At least 2 years of experience in acute, social psychiatry, or psychogeriatrics
- Willingness to take on responsibility, coordination skills, and independence
- Experience with handling IT
- Good expression skills in spoken and written German
- Team ability, high self- and social competence
- Driving license category B and own vehicle
- A varied and interesting working environment in a motivated and open-minded team
