As a numbers specialist and part of a growing team, you competently support your team with specialist questions in the area of ancillary costs. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.

• Creating complex statements
• Answering all specialist questions from customers (internal and external) regarding ancillary costs
• Implementing mandate access and departures according to process
• Creating initial statements and developing property-specific concepts
• Advising and supporting internal stakeholders as well as the ancillary cost team on ancillary cost matters
• If necessary, you inspect complex properties
• Creating measurement concepts

• Completed commercial basic training with real estate-specific further education or the willingness to complete such and accounting experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the real estate industry
• You are reliable and complete your tasks on time
• Even in challenging situations, you remain a convincing service provider
• As an Excel specialist and a true numbers person, you are 100% dedicated
