Job Description
- Provide patients with quality, safety, and comfort services through appropriate and attentive care in all areas
- Participate in patient care by working in tandem with the nurse
- Ensure effective and personalized communication with patients
- Perform various logistical and administrative tasks
- Maintain and develop your skills
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes in which you are involved
Qualifications
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant
- Ability to integrate into a group and team spirit
- Know how to prioritize and organize activities
- Professional awareness, motivation, flexibility, dynamism
- Experience in acute care is an asset
- Good knowledge of German is an asset
