Head of Customer Service 100%
You lead and motivate the customer service team and ensure an efficient, smooth process in daily operations. You guarantee professional customer care from vehicle acceptance to handover. You are the first point of contact for our customers, provide competent advice on service and repair services, and ensure transparent quotation and invoicing. Additionally, you take on administrative and organizational tasks and actively contribute to the continuous development of customer service.
You have completed technical training in the automotive industry and ideally have further training in the commercial field or bring experience in a comparable position in the automotive industry. You are communicative, strong in leadership, and know how to motivate and develop your team. Organizational talent, high service orientation, and confident handling of MS Office are prerequisites. German is your native language, and you also have very good spoken English skills.
