Your tasks
- Carrying out complex nursing assignments at our clients' homes
- Responsibility in the nursing process including needs assessments
- Participation in nursing-oriented team meetings and case discussions
- Taking on function-related additional tasks (e.g., specialty responsibility)
- Daily responsibility as well as coordination of various processes
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF / DN II
- Enjoy working with people and working independently
- High professional and social competence
- Driver's license category B
