(of which 20% as nursing responsibility)
Your Challenge
- Professional, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of patients with high quality standards
- Analyzing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures, and evaluating them
- Complete and conscientious management of nursing documentation
- Participation in the (further) development of nursing quality and the nursing process
- First contact person for nursing-related questions/concerns
- Member of the Nursing Expertise Committee
- Co-designing internal nursing symposia
- Leading case discussions (nursing, possibly interprofessional)
- Participation in projects and working groups
- Interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups and specialist teams
Your Profile
- Registered nurse BScN FH or nurse BScN in training or willingness to complete the BScN
- High social competence and pronounced empathy
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Team player and enjoyment in introducing and guiding employees, trainees, and interns
- Good IT user skills
