Post Manager
Your main ingredients with us:
- You manage your assigned post with heart and mind – both professionally and organizationally.
- You lead a small team (1–3 employees) and together with them deliver culinary top performances daily.
- You want to contribute significantly to the well-being of others with your work and also prepare diet meals and other types of food – because good food is also medicine.
What you should bring:
You contribute to our diverse kitchen: resident and staff catering, à la carte dishes in the Restaurant im Park, and banquets – boredom? No way!
- You enjoy the craft of cooking and want to develop further.
- You have a qualification as a Cook EFZ and master the production, preparation, and presentation of dishes with seasonal and versatile ingredients.
- Creativity, service orientation, and personal responsibility are not foreign words to you.
- You speak and understand German confidently – even when things get hectic.

- Fixed working hours: Your workday starts at 07:10 and ends at 16:31, occasionally there is a late shift until 18:25 – and this alternates from Monday to Sunday.
