About the job
Your Tasks
As a member of our Culture and Everyday Life Bern West team, you ensure a fulfilling daily routine for our day guests at the Domicil Baumgarten day center as well as for our residents at the locations. You plan and conduct group and individual activities, handle documentation, and assist in planning and carrying out special events and celebrations for our various customer groups. Together with the team, you develop new offers taking into account the needs and resources of our residents and day guests. Optionally, accompanying HF activation students enriches your area of responsibility.
Your assignments are mainly Monday to Friday; for special events, you occasionally work in the evening or on weekends.
Your Profile
- Activation specialist HF or professional in activating care
- Training as a health professional is an advantage
- Experience in a similar position
- Good German skills, spoken and written, as well as good IT skills
- Empathetic, conscientious, and resilient personality with good communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and humor
- Independence and sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment in caring for elderly people
- Team player
