Build International Services with us in the Central Plateau region

You want to not only support international clients but actively build a service and establish it in the market? In this key role, you combine demanding mandate management with consulting, market development and professional leadership. You shape our offering for internationally and nationally active companies and develop solutions with sustainable added value together with internal specialists.

Senior Trustee International Services (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your impact

• You take on the professional support and holistic consulting of international as well as demanding national mandates in finance, accounting and related fiduciary topics including payroll and social insurances.
• You drive the establishment and further development of International Services in the Central Plateau region, contribute ideas and implement agreed innovations in client mandates.
• You accompany international matters, coordinate transitions to statutory annual financial statements and collaborate on consolidation and reporting issues.
• You are a trusted advisor and sparring partner for clients on complex financial, tax, social security and business management issues.
• You ensure quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness of mandates, review financial statements, bookkeeping, VAT returns and other work results.
• You lead client projects, coordinate collaboration with International Tax and other specialist departments and involve specialists as needed.
• You professionally lead and coach assigned employees, promote knowledge transfer and support forward-looking resource planning.
• You further develop existing client relationships, acquire new mandates, prepare offers and represent BDO at client events and in relevant networks.
• You use digital technologies and modern fiduciary solutions to make processes more efficient and build scalable services.

How you succeed

• You have a higher professional qualification, for example as a certified fiduciary expert, certified expert in accounting and controlling, business economist FH or a comparable education.
• You bring at least six years of professional experience in fiduciary, finance, accounting or controlling and have independently managed demanding mandates.
• You have experience with international clients or cross-border issues and understand the requirements of multinational companies.
• You think entrepreneurially, enjoy building new services and convince with acquisition strength as well as a sustainable network.
• You work in a structured, efficient and reliable manner, communicate confidently on equal terms and take responsibility for quality and results.
• You communicate professionally in German and English, at least at B2 level, and are confident in direct client contact.
• You have very good Excel and IT skills; experience with Abacus or comparable ERP and accounting systems is an advantage.
• You are team-oriented, share knowledge and actively shape change.
