About the job
Embedded at the edge of the forest with a wonderful view of the Alps, over 60 elderly people live in the care center of theStiftung Rotonda. The facility includes 36 senior apartments with a wide range of services and an integrated Spitex service.
In addition, we operate a cafeteria, a restaurant, and a daycare center.
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Cook (80 - 100%)
Your tasks
Daily production and plating of meals according to the latest nutritional principles for our residents, employees, and
guests as well as for the meal service (Cook and Chill)
Compliance with food legislation, occupational safety, hygiene regulations, and the HACCP concept
Co-responsibility for efficient inventory management and quality assurance
Your profile
Professional experience à la carte and in community catering
Teamwork skills as well as high social and personal competence
Openness to various creative diet forms and banquet organization
Good German skills in spoken and written form (understanding Swiss German
is mandatory)
