Job Description
As the true right hand of the store leader, you are:
Co-Team Leader:

· Merchant at heart:
- Passionate about fashion, you implement your commercial strategy respecting Kiabi’s policy.
- With your team, you provide your customers with a pleasurable and distinctive shopping experience.
- You develop your team’s economic culture through commercial indicators for ever greater performance.
· Profit center manager:
- With your leader’s support, the profit and loss account will hold no secrets for you.
- You manage and control the various expense lines of your store.
- You develop your team’s results culture to ensure your site’s profitability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail and team management.
Field leadership: you engage, empower, and grow your talents.
Strong customer sense and operational standards.
Languages: fluent French required; English desired. Swiss German and other languages highly appreciated as well.
Right to work in Switzerland (or ability to obtain it), local mobility.
