For our Residenz Südpark in Basel, we are looking for a Head of Nursing Team 100% starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

The Südpark is a high-quality residence for the urban population from the third stage of life and is operated in the style of a boutique hotel with 103 stylish apartments, individualized services for the residents, and 28 single rooms for inpatient care.

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the care and support of the residents of the nursing department
• Responsibility for managing nursing documentation and further developing nursing quality
• Co-leadership responsibility for the nursing and care team staff
• Co-responsibility for material management

You bring with you

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF
• Several years of professional experience in nursing
• High professionalism in everyday nursing and care
• Leadership responsibility
• High sense of responsibility
• Confident user knowledge of Microsoft Office, RAI (advantageous)
