Your field of activity

• As co-head of the Eye Clinic, you take on the strategic and operational management of the nursing service including the operating theatre, recovery room and day clinic with partial responsibility for the entire Eye Clinic.
• You are responsible for the direct and indirect management of the nursing area and share responsibility for the entire Eye Clinic (approx. 250 employees).
• You optimise processes and resources, drive digitalisation forward and are responsible for the budget of your management area while keeping an eye on the overall budget of the Eye Clinic.
• From leadership key figures, you derive appropriate measures to develop the Eye Clinic and position it successfully in the long term.

Your experience

• You have completed training in nursing and have already completed further training in business administration, leadership or corporate management.
• You have several years of leadership experience and are accustomed to implementing strategic and operational measures.
• You are an innovative and empathetic leadership personality, think strategically and implement projects in an interprofessional environment.
• Through your strong communication and team skills, you successfully shape the change process and contribute positively to the corporate culture.
