SPITEX Grauholz is responsible for the high-quality, reliable, and needs-based care of 11 municipalities in the field of outpatient nursing and domestic services. As a progressive organization, we continuously develop and rely on our 180 competent, open-minded, and motivated employees. They work in one of the three bases Jegenstorf, Münchenbuchsee, Urtenen-Schönbühl, or in the domestic, psychiatry, and assessment teams.
To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon:
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, AKP, DNII as well as Health Specialist
You want
- a new challenge or a re-entry into the versatile field of outpatient care for people from adulthood to old age.
- to work independently and experience different households while still having a supportive and appreciative team behind you.
- a challenging nursing and care situation and appreciate the varied work.
- to work in a field where you can care for clients according to their needs and by involving their resources, visibly improving their quality of life as well as that of their relatives.
You bring
- a qualification as a nursing specialist (HF/FH) or as a health specialist (FaGe) and ideally have professional experience in the Spitex sector.
- a heart for good teamwork and actively contribute to achieving our operational goals.
- joy in the nursing process and take responsibility or provide support according to your qualification.
- as a re-entrant: willingness to attend a refresher course to update your expertise.
- as a certified nursing specialist, the knowledge, experience, and suitability to design and be responsible for nursing processes, support employees, and take on daily responsibility and on-call duty.
- the ability to efficiently and conscientiously perform administrative tasks and ideally know our industry software Swing. You also possess a category B driving license.
