• Participation in cantonal legislative projects, especially in the area of digitalization of public administration, and in accompanying legislation
• Legal advice for cantonal departments and offices as well as districts and municipalities, especially in the area of data protection and IT law
• Preparation of decision-making bases at the interface of law and politics
• Professional and social enrichment in internal team collaboration as well as in lively exchange with departments, offices, districts, and municipalities

• Licentiate or master's degree in law, preferably with a lawyer's license
• Professional experience in public administration or administrative jurisdiction is an advantage
• Interest in legislative drafting, digitalization topics, data protection, and IT law
• Willingness and joy to further develop professionally
• Ability for networked thinking as well as careful, structured, and independent work
• Fluency in oral and written expression, excellent editorial skills
• High social competence, flexibility, and resilience
