Logistics Employee - E-Commerce Postal Shipping (m/f/d), 100%

Your tasks:

• You process online orders, prepare items, and pack parcels for shipping
• You actively participate in managing our shipping warehouse, including goods receipt, storage, and continuous stock control
• You carefully handle customer returns and complaints and take necessary measures for refunds or exchanges
• You ensure that every parcel leaves our warehouse in perfect condition and properly packed
• You are the central contact person for our transport service providers (e.g., the post office) for the daily handover of parcels
• You work closely and proactively with our customer service in Pratteln to respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests
• You actively contribute your ideas to continuously improve our storage and shipping processes
• You keep an overview of stocks and processes and work closely with the E-Commerce management to actively promote online activities

Your profile:

• Good written and spoken French is essential. You also have very good command of German and/or English to ensure smooth coordination with our headquarters in Pratteln
• Ideally, you already have experience in warehousing/logistics, preferably in the e-commerce sector
• You are proficient in using a PC and quickly learn to use new software
• You have a true team spirit but also work very independently and in a structured manner. You stand out for your reliability, strong service orientation, and "hands-on" approach
• Working in a warehouse is no problem for you
