As Chef de Rang, you take responsibility for your service station, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable.
These are your tasks
- Independently managing a service station in different areas (restaurant, Salon d'Or, terrace)
- Executing smooth and high-quality guest service
- Competent care and advice for guests
- Service mise en place and performing all types of service (flambéing, carving, etc.)
- Generating and promoting sales and additional sales
- Participating in the implementation and integration of processes and products
- General preparation and cleaning tasks

- Completed vocational training in gastronomy and already gained experience in a similar role
- You enjoy providing guests with a unique experience
- You are a team player and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
- Good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
