Planning, coordination, and implementation of training as well as creation of action plans to sustainably increase guest satisfaction
Professional handling of escalated guest complaints including root cause analysis and documentation in close coordination with management
Control and maintenance of rates and availability on all booking platforms and in Opera in cooperation with the Reservation & Revenue Manager
Member of the intervention team to ensure the safety of employees and guests
Ensuring compliance with LQA, SDH, and hotel-specific standards and the quality management system (CMS)
Active participation in the Quality Team to ensure and further develop internal standards according to ISO 9001
Your profile
- Several years of international leadership experience in front office, ideally with interfaces to reservation and revenue management, in 5-star luxury hotels
Solid knowledge of LQA and SDH standards is an advantage
Excellent manners, a very well-groomed appearance, and a positive charisma with natural authority
Broad general knowledge, high willingness to innovate, and pronounced emotional intelligence
Fluent oral and written skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
Completed training in hotel management or a degree from a hotel management school
Applicants must have a valid work permit for Switzerland or meet the legal requirements to obtain one
