Your challenge
- Support and advice for customers from the various pools of the PFC team, in accordance with VP Bank's service standards.
- Active sales of services and implementation of the cross-selling concept within the VP Bank Group and together with external partners
- Expansion (of value creation) of the existing customer base through active support and referral management
- Ensuring all necessary due diligence checks and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participation in customer events
- Support and representation within the team
- Receipt and processing of inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Monitoring customer portfolios according to internal as well as regulatory requirements and guidelines
- System maintenance related to customer support (timely, complete, and meaningful entries in the CRM system and other relevant systems)
- E-banking hotline
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship in the banking sector or a comparable commercial education
- Professional experience in direct customer support and advice
- Well-groomed and confident appearance as well as good manners
- Outgoing personality and a pronounced service understanding
- Proficient use of MS Office programs
- Fluent German as well as good oral and written English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
