Particularité
As a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Fribourg, you will join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team of scientists and clinicians in the Department of Psychiatric Research, affiliated with the Psychiatric Hospital RFSM/FNPG in Villars-sur-Glâne.
The Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy has established a cutting-edge research program dedicated to neuroplasticity, including its measurement, and the use of behavioral and pharmacological methods to modulate it. Current approaches encompass behavioral activation, psychedelic interventions, and hyperventilation protocols.
Our methodological focus integrates advanced neuropsychological and neuroimaging techniques to assess neuroplasticity, including EEG, TMS, eye tracking, FDG-PET, VR, and neuropsychological experiments.

The successful applicant will have numerous opportunities to expand their clinical, conceptual, and methodological horizons. The goal is to conduct studies in the field of neuroplasticity and/or altered consciousness.

Exigences
PhD or MD degree
Publication record in areas related to psychiatry, psychology, EEG, pharmacology
Expertise in clinical studies (ethics, recruitment, experimental methods)
Experience in writing review articles and/or meta-analyses is a plus
Successful acquisition of third-party funding is a plus
Strong German and English skills are required; French is a plus
The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
