Who exactly are we?

Finovo is the main mortgage loan management partner for pension funds, insurance companies, and investment foundations in Switzerland, enabling institutional investors to directly invest their funds in mortgages.

As a growing company, we are a fully owned subsidiary of MoneyPark SA, a Helvetia company, and currently manage a large volume of mortgage loans.

Our priority is the most efficient and digitalized mortgage loan management. Finovo – die Hypotheker.

Your tasks:

• You ensure the complete follow-up of a credit file, from receiving the signed contract to the loan disbursement, as well as handling any reservations before/after disbursement.
• You ensure the compliance of the establishment of real estate and complementary guarantees related to the mortgage loans of our institutional clients.
• You manage all stages and events throughout the life of the mortgage loan: invoice payments, client requests, repayments.
• You play a key liaison role to ensure smooth and effective collaboration between banks, institutions, internal and external advisors.
• You directly contribute to the continuous development of Finovo by actively participating in internal projects.

What you bring

• You are interested in the mortgage sector and may already have some initial experience.
• You have completed commercial training or a comparable course, with a financial specialization (profile M).
• Autonomous, you combine rigor, organization, quality awareness, and customer orientation.
• Your French is excellent, you master German, and knowledge of another language is a plus.
• You have a genuine interest in finance and are motivated to learn, actively engage, and take on responsibilities in a dynamic corporate environment.
