What you can achieve with us:

• Creation and maintenance of production documents and master data

• Conducting design reviews and ensuring technical feasibility

• Pre- and post-calculations as well as participation in cost analyses and optimisations

• Support and advice for customers as well as close collaboration with: project management, customer service, supply chain, production and suppliers

• Implementation of customer projects

• Initiation and support of prototypes up to series production

• Responsible for production transfer and optimisation of manufacturing processes (including turning, milling, grinding, assembly)

• Identification and implementation of optimisation measures to improve product quality and efficiency

• Implementation and further development of continuous improvement processes

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training, ideally with further education as a technician HF

• Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, preferably in medical technology

• Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style "hands-on mentality"

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
