The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new constructions and renovations, and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.

Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH with Trainer Function (m/f/d)

Geriatrics, workload 80 – 100 %

In this role, you will support us:

• You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
• You take on daily responsibility
• You carefully maintain the nursing documentation

• You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
• You have completed the trainer course
• You bring experience in the long-term care sector
• You are familiar with RAI-NH
