In the heart of Emmenbrücke, our family-run and modern senior center offers a warm home for 51 residents. Additionally, we take care of our pensioners in the 30 senior apartments in emergencies. We operate a public restaurant and employ around 80 staff members. Since December 2023, Reliva AG has been a member of the Tertianum Group.
For our 81 guests (51 care guests and 30 tenants), we are looking for an employee for activation 80 – 100%, starting immediately.
Your tasks
- Conducting individual and group activities as well as careful documentation of the activation process
- Ensuring optimal information flow between all involved parties
- Maintaining a respectful contact with our guests and their relatives
- Co-responsibility for quality assurance and further development of activation work
- Active participation in planning and designing the annual program
- Organizing internal and external events
- Co-responsibility for budget and investments in your own area
- Regular review and adjustment of the activation process in collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Advising care staff in activating daily routines
- Proper and professional handling of materials, medical devices, instruments, facilities, and equipment
Your profile
- Activation specialist HF
- Training in activation (e.g., Level 1 LeA school in Thun)
- High organizational and social competence
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
