You ensure, with your expertise and care, the legally compliant declaration of our products as well as the further development of our quality and food safety management system. In doing so, you act as an important interface between product development, quality assurance, and IT. Your area of responsibility:
- Responsibility for the systematic revision and creation of declarations according to current food legislation and customer requirements
- Creation and maintenance of ingredient lists for new products
- Adjustment and maintenance of product labels and product specifications
- Support in the analysis and resolution of quality issues
- Participation in the execution and preparation of internal and external audits
- Active collaboration in the introduction and conversion of IT-based quality management systems
- Support in the further development and maintenance of the food safety management system (FSMS) Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of food technology, quality assurance, or comparable
- Solid knowledge of food law regulations and declaration requirements
- Experience in creating product specifications and labeling
- Confident handling of IT systems (e.g., ERP, quality management software)
- Good PC skills, especially in MS Office
- Logical and networked thinking as well as an independent working style
- Initiative, flexibility, teamwork, and helpfulness complete your profile
