Your Tasks

• Patient-oriented care: Care for and support our patients during rehabilitation with professional basic and treatment care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and take responsibility
• Flexibility: Due to the diverse tasks with us, you can demonstrate your flexibility in different situations
• Leadership: You lead the nursing department together with the nursing management and the second group leader according to our service mandate and target specifications
• Coordination: You ensure purpose-driven nursing in rehabilitation with the team. You are responsible for the coordination and planning of processes.

Your Profile

• Education: Completed training as a nurse or a comparable qualification with at least one positive SRK PreCheck
• Experience: You have experience in nursing within the Swiss healthcare system and ideally have already gained some leadership experience or wish to develop further into a leadership role

• Authorization: You possess a professional practice permit (BAB) or are willing to apply for one

• Personality: You are an empathetic and team-oriented personality who practices their profession with joy and commitment. You distinguish yourself through your organizational skills, professional communication, and positive attitude
