Your team
Technology division designs and integrates software applications ranging from portfolio management systems and trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions.
The division Pictet Tech is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations as well as sustaining business operations and developing custodian and fund administration services.
As an Avaloq Technical Architect within the Corporate Solutions platform, you will perform technical analyses, design technical architectures and develop solutions as part of various development and maintenance projects placed under the responsibility of the Finance and Legal reporting functions.
Your role
- Designing and delivering high-performance IT solutions at the best price.
- Ensuring the technical design of implementations.
- Developing and ensuring the maintenance of the roll-out framework for various product releases.
- Ensuring implementation is done in accordance with best practices and Agile values (Scrum).
- Providing assistance, documenting and analysing production incidents and Level 3 support requests.
- Applying best development and industry practices defined by the market and the Bank.
- Drafting and sharing technical specifications, and helping to resolve various product backlogs.
Your profile
- University degree in Computer Science, or qualification deemed equivalent.
- At least five years’ experience of Avaloq development.
- Extensive knowledge of Avaloq modules and technical components.
- PL-SQL language and database access tools expertise required.
- Knowledge of Liquibase and experience in Data Pipeline development would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Agile principles (ideally) with experience with Scrum.
- Ability to work under general direction within a clear accountability framework.
- Capacity to take substantial personal responsibility and work independently.
- Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
- Must be a resident of Switzerland.
