IT Training and Support Specialist (60 - 80%)
What you will achieve with us
- Design, planning, and delivery of target group-oriented training (in-person, online, e-learning)
- Development, maintenance, and further enhancement of the e-learning offerings including LMS management
- Production of learning materials (explanatory videos, graphics, microlearning, handouts, quizzes, interactive modules)
- Empowerment and support of "super users" in the specialist departments
- Communication and motivation around digital working methods (storytelling, success stories, etc.)
- Deployment in hotline, 1st-level support for hardware and software issues
- Participation in IT projects and change management initiatives, e.g., rollouts and digital transformation measures.
How you inspire us
- Completed basic training as an IT specialist, media technician, or equivalent education as well as completion of advanced professional training in IT (HF, FH, university, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role or related areas - experience in the administrative sector is an advantage
- Solution-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
- Enjoyment in driving new digital topics forward with your curious and proactive nature
