About the job
Your Tasks
- Independent management of accounts payable
- Reconciliation of goods receipt invoices ("Matching") including clarification of quantity and price differences and comparison with delivery data
- Account assignment, reconciliation and posting of accounts payable invoices including processing in the workflow
- Preparation of cash and special accounts
- Assistance with monthly and annual closings (e.g. accruals)
- Creation of payment runs
- Supervision of commercial trainees
- Various administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in accounting
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Ideally experience with SAP
- Independent and precise working style
