For our surface technology department, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to support our team in the electroplating or anodizing department as soon as possible.

What appeals to you

Operation, loading, and inspection of a semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning system
Operation and inspection of a fully automatic anodizing system
Refinement of components with various coloring and passivation processes, as well as a chemical polishing system
Assembly, pretreatment, and disassembly of the components to be refined
Performing inspections on components: dimensional and coating thickness control, as well as visual inspection and comparison with limit samples
Performing bath corrections
Documentation and recording of results according to the management system and customer requirements

What defines you

Training as an electroplater or surface coater
Alternatively, several years of experience in surface technology
Flair for handling sensitive and demanding components
Implementation of specifications from component drawings and order documents
Knowledge in handling measuring instruments
Independence and high commitment
Reliability and quality awareness
Flexibility for 2-shift work
Willingness and joy to work in a team
German spoken and written
