We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

Cleaning Specialist EFZ 80–100%

• You take main responsibility for the development and implementation of our comprehensive cleaning standard (without leadership tasks).
• You support the Head of Hospitality professionally as well as in the coordination of processes and deployment plans.
• You train, coach and develop employees in the cleaning area (onboarding, professional training, quality assurance rounds) and act as a contact person for quality and process questions.
• You work flexibly and enthusiastically in all areas of cleaning.
• You perform organizational and administrative tasks in the cleaning area (e.g. material management, documentation of standards, maintenance plans).
• Your work assignments are based on the duty roster and may vary.

• Completed vocational training in housekeeping or hospitality (EFZ) as well as solid experience in the cleaning sector.
• Practical experience in introducing standards, quality assurance and employee training is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of German.
• A pronounced service orientation, organizational talent and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people.
• Basic knowledge of common office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
