Tasks

• Professional responsibility for diagnostic and therapeutic patient care in the inpatient area as well as medical representation of the treatment team inside and outside the clinic
• Professional leadership of assistant and hospital specialists in the team
• Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team with all professional groups involved in rehabilitation
• Commitment to the training of assistant doctors
• Conducting specialist consultations and, if necessary, outpatient check-ups
• Participation in advanced training and continuous professional development of the treatment team
• Participation in the senior medical on-call service

Profile

• Completed specialist training in one of the following fields: Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System FMH, General Surgery and Traumatology FMH, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation FMH or you hold an equivalent title or are about to complete one of these specialist trainings (MEBEKO recognition for foreign diplomas)
• The additional qualification "Interdisciplinary Focus on Sports and Exercise Medicine" is an advantage
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
• Experience in rehabilitation medicine is an advantage
• High social competence, very good communication skills, and a professional appearance
• Flexibility, teamwork skills, and resilience
• Interest in technical orthopedics
• Good PC skills
• Confident German language skills; foreign language skills are an advantage
