Skills
- Commercial training and HR specialist certification required; experience in a leading HR role preferred.
- Strong payroll knowledge with experience in Abacus essential.
- Empathetic, solution-oriented personality with excellent German communication.

About the job
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the HR area throughout the entire HR lifecycle - from recruitment to exit
- Technical responsibility for payroll:
- Ensuring correct, timely, and legally compliant payroll processing
- Leading and supporting the payroll team
- Willingness and ability to independently take over or represent payroll if necessary - Leadership, promotion, and further development of the HR and reception teams (6 employees)
- Advising management and executives on all personnel and labor law issues
- Ensuring compliance with legal, social security, and collective labor agreement requirements (especially in the construction industry)
- Further development and optimization of HR processes, policies, and HR instruments
- Responsibility for group-wide vocational training (railway construction worker, construction machinery mechanic, commercial clerk)
Our Expectations
- You have a commercial basic education as well as the federal diploma as an HR specialist; further training in the personnel field is desirable
- Several years of experience in a leading HR role, ideally in the construction industry or a comparable, practical environment
- Very good knowledge in payroll and experience with Abacus
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Empathetic, committed personality with natural assertiveness
- Enjoy working together, shaping, and taking responsibility
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and other foreign languages are an advantage
