Marketing Coordinator (m/f/i)
Your tasks – versatile and responsible:
- Administrative and operational support of the marketing and PR team
- Conducting inventories and coordinating print material orders
- Participation in the conception, design, and implementation of digital and printed marketing materials
- Support in planning, execution, and success control of marketing campaigns (print & digital) as well as exciting projects
- Interface function: coordination with internal departments, agencies, and external partners
- Maintenance and management of internal hotel screens and information systems
- Support and ongoing updating of partner websites where the resort is presented
- Organization and accompaniment of photo and video shoots
- Support in maintaining and further developing our social media channels
- Organization and support of media trips and site inspections
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines in all communication and design measures
- Maintenance and updating of our press contact database, digital media library, and press review
- Monitoring and reporting of all marketing and communication activities
Your profile – convincing and professional:
You have completed training at a hotel management school or a commercial education with a focus on marketing and communication. You have already gained initial professional experience in marketing – ideally in the hotel industry and/or luxury segment.
Your excellent written and spoken skills in German and English distinguish you, as does your confident handling of MS Office and solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in social media as well as with content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
You think creatively, act innovatively, and have a strong sense of brand aesthetics. Organizational talent, teamwork, and a confident appearance are among your strengths, as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
