Job Description
🧩 What does the position involve?
We are recruiting an Accounting Assistant & Office Manager on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, with a start date as soon as possible and a contract end date scheduled for September 30, 2026.
🧮 Accounting assistance (approx. 75% of the time)
• Client invoicing & collection follow-up,
• Expense report management,
• Filing, preparation, entry of accounting documents (invoices, travel receipts, etc.),
• Coordination with the external accountant for invoice payments,
• Preparation of monthly reporting statements (Excel tracking),
• Archiving and filing of documents,
• Preparation of payments,
🏢 Office Management (approx. 25% of the time)
• Welcoming visitors,
• Managing phone calls,
• Handling correspondence,
• Monitoring administrative supplies,
• Participating in the selection of service providers for premises maintenance,
• Organizing travel (tickets, hotels, vehicles) for employees at the Meyrin site,
• Organizing on-site meetings,
• Managing the schedules of certain employees.
Qualifications
Education: Bac+2 in accounting (such as BTS Accounting and Management) or BTS SME/SMI Management
Soft skills: Discretion and respect for confidentiality 🔒 Rigor and organizational skills 📂
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit 🤝
Hard skills: Administrative management, proficiency in office tools 💻
