During your three-year training, you will gain exciting insights into various business areas – e.g., group travel, package tours, accounting, and customer consulting.
You will learn, among other things:

• To advise customers on the phone and at the counter
• To organize and plan trips
• To perform various administrative tasks
• To support projects and events
• To handle modern work tools and programs

• Good graduation from secondary or district school
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and interest in advising & selling
• Open, communicative personality with good manners
• Reliability, motivation, and willingness to learn new things
• Interest in languages as well as good numerical understanding
• Team spirit and enjoyment of practical tasks
