Continuous Improvement & EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Specialist, 80-100% Workload
We are looking for a
- You drive continuous improvement (CIP) by leading and successfully implementing company-wide projects.
- You are the engine for process optimization and efficiency enhancement through the targeted use of Lean Six Sigma methods / digitalization.
- You ensure full compliance with all EHS regulations (Environment, Health & Safety) and actively contribute to safety.
- You train employees and manage quality by conducting risk analyses and audits in the areas of Lean Six Sigma, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
- You establish a sustainable Operational Excellence culture in close collaboration with all departments.
- You ensure GMP compliance by supporting process adjustments and accompanying change control processes.
- A successfully completed degree (natural sciences, engineering) or an equivalent qualification.
- Profound professional experience in the highly regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnological environment.
- Expertise in Lean Management and Six Sigma (at least Green Belt certification) as well as CIP methodology.
- Practical experience in the areas of EHS, occupational safety, and/or environmental management.
- Confidence in handling regulatory requirements (GMP). Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 is a plus.
- Your working style is structured and analytical. You possess strong communication skills and a high problem-solving competence.
