- In the first year, you will be assigned to one of our regional centers; in the second year, you will work in an AMEOS facility
- You will be specifically involved in projects and support the management in operational and strategic business
- You will learn the methods and tools for managing a hospital and work interdisciplinarily on strategic and operational core processes
- You will prepare presentations and decision templates to initiate project-related measures and present the results to various committees
- You will advance important topics and be responsible for projects in various areas

- You have completed an economics university degree (Master's degree), ideally with a focus on health economics/hospital management, or you have a bachelor's degree with completed vocational training
- You are interested in the healthcare industry and motivated to take on long-term responsibility

- Strong communication and teamwork skills characterize you
